T- 2 Weeks

In 2 weeks + a handful of hours Afterlife LAN will be kicking off our Mid-Summer LAN. Now is the time to prepare for 24 hours of epic gaming. Bring a console, bring a computer, bring a friend. Tickets are now on sale, with discounts for multiple tickets.

We are still solidifying the game schedule, but here are a handful of the titles we are planning on implementing.

Network Upgrades

Afterlife LAN has upgraded some of our core infrastructure to now run on 10Gb Fiber for our backbone. This will enable more people to attend and give everyone access to faster transfer rates, which means less time downloading, and more time fragging.

Internet Radio

Due to popular request, we have implemented our very own Afterlife LAN internet radio. This means we can turn the ambient music down, and allow you to control the volume through your headphones on computer. Radio can be accessed on our intranet site lan.afterlifelan.com while at the LAN.

Live Streaming

We are also going to attempt our very own live stream of the whole event. If you would like to participate by sharing your own output, we can pick up your stream to broadcast and share on the projectors and on twitch, we recommend downloading xsplit broadcaster. There is a free version available that has the "Newtek NDI" as an output option. This will let us pick up your output and combine it with ours.
